Super Skinny Eggnog Shake

I am not a fan of winter. I start getting nervous about the blustery days to come when I see the first leaves change on the trees at the start of fall. But for as much as I hate winter, I adore Christmas--I always have. When I was a little girl, I would save my lunch money for months so that I could buy Christmas presents for my family. I still love gifting a million times more than getting. There are also so many flavors and colors of the season that invoke joy for me-The colorful glow of my neighborhood glistened in snow and lights, the sound of my little guy singing Christmas songs in his squeaky little voice, the smell of fresh pine in my house, and all things eggnog. When I was pregnant, I took the liberty of getting an eggnog shake once a week at the McDonalads drive thru. As much as I love these shakes, let's face it, they are not too skinny. So...I came up with this Super Skinny Eggnog "Shake".  Bring on the holidays and leave the fat in the cold!!!

Here's What You Need:1/2 cup low-fat eggnog
1/2 cup crushed ice
3.5oz Mini Chobani Greek yogurt (Honey-Nana)*
1/4 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon

Here's What You Do:
Blend the eggnog, ice, vanilla, and yogurt in the blender. Add a dash of cinnamon and enjoy!
*If you want the eggnog flavor to shine through more, you may want to choose a more bland flavor of yogurt, like vanilla, for example. Also, I choose the Greek style, as it is more creamy, but feel free to sub in any yogurt you like.

Kid Tip:
Pop in a fun straw and your kids will love!
