7 Layer Greek Dip

I adore Greek ingredients. I can't think of anything better than tomatoes and feta! I came up with this 7 Layer Greek Dip for a BBQ we had this weekend. Yum!

Here's What You Need:
10oz Hummus (I like the roasted garlic Sabra kind)
16oz Greek Yogurt
Greek seasoning 1tsp
Mint (About a 1-2 tsps)
3/4 cup kalmata olives, chopped
1 Cucucumber, chopped
20z flavored feta (or more)
3/4 cup diced tomatoes
Handful of baby spinach, cut into strips
Pita chips


Here's What You Do:
Spread hummus onto a large platter and then top with olives. Blend yogurt, Greek seasoning, and mint in a food processor and then spread mixture on top of olives. Add chopped cucumbers and top with salt and pepper. Top with diced tomatoes, feta, and then strips of spinach strips. Serve with pita chips.


Kid Tip:Kids love a dip! What a great way to get them to eat all sorts of great things.
